New Live Workshop 7 May 3 pm CET:  Unmute your business's bold truth

WaysFinding Peer Learning Group

Navigating Complexity Isn’t a Solo Journey. Join a Community That Amplifies It.

You see beyond the surface—patterns, tensions, possibilities—but what do you do with what you see?

You’re tasked with navigating a complex, evolving landscape, yet the systems around you still demand quick fixes, rigid plans, and outdated frameworks that no longer align with the reality you’re working in.

You feel caught between worlds—between the clarity of old models and the ambiguity of what’s next. You know transformation isn’t a linear process, yet you’re still expected to deliver certainty, control, and speed in environments that resist deeper change.

This Peer Learning Group is for those who:

  • Sense that conventional approaches to change aren’t delivering what’s truly needed—but are still figuring out how to translate complexity thinking into action.
  • Want to communicate the value of complexity to those who still think in linear terms—bridging the gap between what they know and how they lead.
  • Recognise the power of complexity-informed practices but struggle to gain influence within entrenched systems.
  • Feel isolated as a complexity advocate and need a space where others truly understand the challenges of working in this way.
  • Are ready to disrupt their own thinking and explore new ways of leading, designing, and influencing change.

This isn’t just another discussion circle.

It’s a hands-on, case-based space where you bring your live challenges, and we work together to find systemic, actionable solutions—without reducing complexity to simple answers.

Dates:

  • Wednesday 4 June from 3-5 pm CET.
  • Wednesday 27 August from 3-5 pm CET
  • Wednesday 15 October from 3-5 pm CET
  • Wednesday 3 December from 3-5 pm CET.

Who This Attracts

  • You’ve outgrown old ways of leading but don’t yet see the full shape of what’s next.
  • You know the path isn’t linear, but what does that mean for how you move forward?
  • You want to stop debating complexity and start applying it—without feeling like you’re swimming against the tide.
  • You’re tired of being the “translator” in an organisation that resists ambiguity—and want better ways to bridge the gap.
  • You want honest, thoughtful feedback from peers who share your struggles—not just another chat room.

What We Offer

A quarterly, facilitated peer learning group designed to help you apply complexity thinking in organisations.

Theme: Applied Complexity in Organisations—WaysFinding in Practice
Format: 4 immersive, action-focused sessions per year (1x per quarter)
Duration: 2-hour online sessions
Case-Based: Each session, we’ll explore live complexity challenges in-depth with the group.
Approach: Using the WaysFinding Framework, COOL meta-skills, and the STAR inquiry process, we uncover leverage points and create systemic responses that hold true to the principles of complexity.
Group Size: A small, curated group (max. 15 participants) to ensure deep engagement and meaningful collaboration.
Guest Speaker: Guest speakers who actively apply complexity principles in real organisations or theorists exploring related spaces will share tactical insights, ideas and strategies to enhance your Waysfinding.

If you’ve been looking for a space where you don’t have to simplify your thinking just to be understood, where you can test new ways of leading, influencing, and creating change, and where you can move beyond theory into practice—this is for you.
