How an unexpected reframing of “what’s the point” can shift you out of stuckness.
As a coach or positive impact entrepreneur has below question gotten you stuck?
“What’s the point of it all”?
It comes up all the time with me.
And it used to get me stuck.
Really stuck.
It’s a question many of us have asked ourselves.
Perhaps it’s popping up right now in this very moment
What’s the point of this post…
You may have asked this question and experienced a deep sense of meaning and purpose that enriched your life.
You may have asked this question in a moment of despair.
“What’s the point of it all”?
Honestly, I don’t know.
And I’m okay with that.
Why?
Because the whole point of “what’s the point” lies in the not knowing.
In the full recognition that you simply cannot know.
In the acknowledgment that we, as human beings, are simply too little to control the movements of the universe.
This does not mean that the “point” does not exist.
It exists everywhere, except where we try and make it.
It’s not easy to stop asking “what’s the point”, maybe even impossible.
But that’s not the point.
Next time you ask “what’s the point” ask yourself 👇
If I were in love, would I ask that question?
