POD:

Any shifts?
How can you make sense of this together?
Mini-Experiment
We’re excited to invite you to join in a mini-experiment with STAR.
Take one small action in the coming week within your team or organisation that aligns with what you’ve uncovered in your personal reflections, pair discussions, and group conversations.
Call details:
Last week, we stepped beyond rational thinking and experimented with expanded ways of knowing.
Through sphere intelligence—drawing on physical senses, somatic awareness, intuition, pattern recognition, and synchronicity we opened ourselves to a fuller spectrum of perception.
This wasn’t about replacing logic but about weaving together multiple ways of understanding the world.
This week, we continue that exploration by shifting from personal insight to collective movement.
Now that we’ve expanded our repertoire of responses, how do we bring this awareness into the teams, organisations, and systems we’re part of?
We’ll introduce the WaysFinding skills (STAR) to help you navigate complexity and step into emerging opportunities.
- What does it look like to create containers for emergence within an organisation?
- How do we bring WaysFinding into leadership, strategy, and team dynamics?
- What shifts when we view an organisation as a living system rather than a rigid structure?
Many organisations today struggle because they rely on outdated maps to navigate a landscape that has fundamentally changed. The world is no longer linear, predictable, or controllable—yet many systems still operate as if it were.
This session explores how to bring WaysFinding into organisational contexts—helping teams move beyond rigid control into adaptive, emergent ways of working.
Through guided exercises and shared reflections, you’ll begin mapping how these skills translate beyond yourself—into leadership, decision-making, and organisational transformation.
By the end of this session, you’ll have new ways to see and engage with the possibilities emerging around you—both individually and within the systems you influence.
