It’s important to get really clear on this. What are you offering? What does your offer do as opposed to what it is?

4. Zoom in on creating real value for your customers.

Value that really offers impact, results & meaningful change. 
What challenges and problems are you solving?
And in what way is this unique or different from your competitors?

It’s defined by:

  • Getting a sense of where you are and what you’ve got to work with
  • Creating space & movement that helps you show up, even when it’s hard.
  • A deep listening & nurturing of your own voice. What matters to me?
  • Grit. It takes grit to run your own business. This is why it’s so important to connect to what really drives you and align it to your business.
  • Paying attention to what you’re paying attention to.
  • Flexibility, staying open especially in times of uncertainty and change.

These are just a few things.
